How much lower can you expect prices to go? As soon as banks start to loan money and get the credit market moving again (and how long can President Obama allow banks to sit on their hands when they are getting billions in bailout money?) real estate will start to flow again!

“The attorney has to show the Realtor how much more they know about real estate than the agent. Since they charge by the hour, they can really find flaws in deals and trust me, they take hours and hours to fix, change and close. Things the Buyer and Seller could care less about become the focal point of the sale! Buyers and Sellers who really liked each other are now at each others throats! The more the attorney gets everyone wired up, the more threats he or she can make, the more problems come up, the more issues they have to solve, the more hours it takes to solve the more money they make!”

With the other brand, I was just paying franchise fees. Now I have the full support of the EXIT system behind me. I looked at them all, but EXIT had that “Team” spirt that is so contagious.
